Stuck with the unexpected burden of responsibility, James is forced to come to terms with what really matters in life as the final hours tick away.

Carne is a 1991 French drama film written and directed by Gaspar Noé, starring Philippe Nahon and Blandine Lenoir. It tells the story of a horse butcher with a mute daughter. At a running time of 40 minutes, it was the first longer film directed by Noé. The narrative was continued in Noé's 1998 full-length debut, I Stand Alone.
A nameless horse butcher, whose wife left him soon after their mute daughter was born, operates his own business while trying to raise the daughter. Despite the fact that she has become a teenager, the butcher continues to wash her like a baby, and struggles to resist the temptation of committing incest. On the day of the daughter's menstruation, the butcher misinterprets the situation and assumes that she has been raped by a worker, whom he immediately seeks out and stabs as revenge. The butcher is imprisoned for the assault and is forced to sell his butcher shop and apartment.

E' con gli amici quando un barbone, Rufo, pittore, si stabilisce nella boscaglia e viene eletto stregone della tribu. Una sera avendo casualmente scoperto la verita sul padre dalla bocca incauta dei domestici della zia, Enrico fugge e si ferisce gravemente. Guidati da Rufo i ragazzi vegliano intorno alla villa per impedire alla Morte di raggiungere il compagno che, infatti, guarisce. Rufo, adempiuta la sua missione, si eclissa.

 Этот фильм первая работа в кино в качестве режиссёра Рафаэля Коркиди, оператора великого сюрреалиста Алехандро Ходоровски и здесь хорошо заметно влияние мастера. Сюрреалистическая фантазия на библейскую тему, сначала Адам и Ева в райском саду, их роли исполнили дети режиссёра, Леа и Пабло Коркиди, так же Рафаэль Коркиди как бы поменял их местами - в фильме доминирует не Адам, а Ева: она раньше появляется на сцене и она старше, ведёт и направляет Адама в путешествии по Раю. Далее, после символического падения райских чертогов мы оказываемся в каком то замке, или, возможно, монастыре, собираюися довольно странные насельники этого заведения одетые весьма демократично и невозможно определить время. в которое всё происходит. Юный Кристиан встречает прекрасную Анжелу, любовь, но что же дальше..?
Angeles y querubines is the first feature directed by Rafael Corkidi, cinematographer of such visual masterpieces as El Topo and The Holy Mountain. This surreal Mexican fantasy shows influences of Alejandro Jodorowsky as you would expect, and also of the style of Kenneth Anger, and the darker side of Czech “fairy tale” cinema. Visuals are rich and original, the music less so but still a pleasure. Overall it’s rather mellower than the typical “head trip” film of the early ‘seventies which seemed to revel in causing shock and offence. I found it an absolute delight.
The prelude is set in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve played by the director’s infant children. It’s gender-reversed with Eve arriving first, which is probably significant. After ten minutes, just as you might be starting to seriously question what you have downloaded, we move on to the main story, introduced by a biblical quotation: “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them”.
We find ourselves in a castle, or perhaps a convent judging by the number of nuns around. A gathering of the ruling family appears to be taking place. An eclectic mix of costumes suggests no particular time and place. We meet our young hero Cristian (Jorge Humberto Robles), a fine young fellow, clean, upstanding, dare I say it even virginal.
Actually it’s safest if I don’t try to set out the plot, except to say that we seem to have an allegory of a Pilgrim, or Grail Knight, who one day leaves the convent garden and meets, falls in love with, and pursues to the ends of the Earth the beautiful Angela (Helena Rojo). So are the young couple to live happily ever after? Or will our hero be condemned to an eternity of shirt-ripping Byronic frustration?
Unfortunately the picture quality is dire as you can see. I’m almost certain it’s not supposed to be that tint. And the border jumps around in a distracting way. Nevertheless this is still a must for lovers of fantasy cinema.

This time the camera focuses on two of the students, brothers, as they live and learn the life of the Wayanas in the Amazon jungle. For one month they will eat, sleep, bathe, and hunt as the tribe has been doing for centuries.

In dem TV-Drama von Hans-Christian, Himmel und Hölle, Schmid gerät ein sensibles Mädchen in die Fänge einer Sekte. Film-Mutter Katja Riemann schaut hilflos zu.
Nach ihrer Scheidung zieht Birgit mit ihrer elfjährigen Tochter Nina von München aufs Land. Die Mutter hat keine Anpassungsschwierigkeiten, aber Nina ist schüchtern und fühlt sich isoliert. Zu Birgits Verwunderung ändert sich Ninas Verhalten, als sie einer Pfadfindergruppe beitritt, die von ihrer Religionslehrerin Frau Singer geleitet wird. Hier erfährt Nina Anerkennung und Geborgenheit. Frau Singer gehört wie der Dorfpfarrer der innerkirchlichen Sekte der „Legion der heiligen Engel“ an. Diese Sekte erzieht ihre Mitglieder zu fanatischer Frömmigkeit und bereitet sie auf den entscheidenden Kampf zwischen Dämonen und Engeln vor.
Nina wird eingeredet, ihre Mutter lebe wegen ihrer Scheidung und der Beziehung zu Frank in Sünde. Als ihr erklärt wird, ein von der Mutter geschenktes schwarzes Kätzchen diene den Dämonen als „Durchstrahler“, ertränkt sie das Tier, um ihre Mutter vor den Dämonen zu schützen. Diese verbietet Nina daraufhin, weiterhin die Gruppentreffen der Pfadfinder zu besuchen, mit der Folge, dass das Mädchen das Vertrauen in die Mutter komplett verliert.
Als Frau Singer Ninas beste Freundin Miriam nicht an einer wichtigen Weihe teilnehmen lässt, da diese wegen ihrer schwarzen Haare von Dämonen besessen sei, und Nina erklärt, dass ihre Mutter bereits von den Dämonen befallen sei, entschließt sich das Mädchen, Miriam in einem Fluss zu ertränken, damit ihre Mutter nicht für immer verloren ist. Miriam kann in letzter Sekunde gerettet werden, worauf sich Nina von der Engellehre distanziert.

 Steff Gruber's documentary film portrays the Swiss photographer Daniel Leuenberger, who lives in Moldova and specialises in photographing girls aged between 9 and 14.
Daniel has caused much controversy with the photos of his models which he sells via the Internet. Daniel's critics base their argument above all on the fact that the majority of his customers are pedophiles.
Daniel Leuenberger too finds himself marginalised and pushed to the edge. In the film he talks about how he deals with his feelings, about prejudice and about his work as a photographer of girls. The film raises questions of how images are used and their effects in a world increasingly dominated by the media.
In addition to Daniel's work as a portrait photographer, the film concentrates on the daily struggle for survival of Moldovan families and life in the officially non-existent neighbouring state of Transnistria. The small state, in which half a million people live, is hermetically sealed off from the outside world. Police and secret service are omnipresent; any opposition is nipped in the bud. The film shows how the mostly fatherless families in these two countries find ways to survive.
The film premiered at the Gdansk Dokfilm Festival 2011.

Местный президент решил запретить все эмоции, особенно смех и построить жизнь на чистом разуме, полиция постоянно патрулирует планету и сажает в тюрьму всех нарушителей. А на Земле некий эксцентричный профессор Крулл поймал тревожный сигнал с этой планеты и отправил Сесиль и Фредерика на помощь подполью, которое борется за право испытывать эмоции. Детей определяют в местную школу, они по разному справляются со своими эмоциями и помогают народу планеты вновь обрести смех...

Ratio Rasch, the president of planet Gyllenblå, has banned laughter and emotions in order to create a society based on reason. Police are constantly patrolling the planet and anyone caught laughing is imprisoned and given anti-laughter serum. Only a few members of an underground guerrilla oppose the president. On Earth, the eccentric Dr. Krull listens to signals from outer space and realizes that something needs to be done so he sends the two children Cecilie and Fredrik to Gyllenblå. Epicykel, a guerrilla member, senses their presence and hopes to get to them first but fails. The children are put in school, where Fredrik has great difficulty controlling his laughter but Cecilie adapts well. The guerrilla knows that laughter is contagious and Fredrik gives them new hope of returning laughter to the people of Gyllenblå.

In the small town of San Jorge, a 12- year-old girl watches in horror as her father, a local telegraph operator is thrown in prison by the local military dictatorship. Meanwhile, her mother, Florencia, must make tough moral decisions in order for them to survive under the political oppression. Even Carnival, with all its colorfulness and celebration, cant disguise the mounting tension between the villagers and government making the girls coming of age all the more difficult when the two collide. This movie combines attractive visual scenes with a highly sensual atmosphere as Florencia fights and uses all her resources and beauty to survive and find revenge.
Highlighting the Mexican star Luis Felipe Tovar, ("The Mexican" "La Virgen la lujuria" Cilantro y Perejil", "Atletico San Pancho", "Todo el Poder" and others) and the sexy Latin American actress Mimi Lazo.

Ее школьные будни украшает небольшой скандал: накануне выпускных экзаменов Даниэла совращает одноклассника, и с баптистcкой школой приходится попрощаться раньше срока. У Даниэлы красивый бойфренд, она влюблена в девушку, с которой работает на телевидении. О своих сексуальных переживаниях Даниэла исправно рассказывает всему миру через блог, аккуратно посещает церковь по воскресеньям и молится, чтобы мать случайно не выследила ее в интернете. Бунтарка по природе, Даниэла, отказываясь сдерживать хоть какие-то желания, пытается найти свой «праведный» путь. В фильме много откровенных сцен и поэтому просмотр не рекомендован особо впечатлительным и убогим моралистам.
